CARE GUIDE
Keep your leather lasting.
Pakhor shoes are built from full-grain leather that develops character with wear. A little regular care keeps them supple, protected, and ready for years of wear.
HOW TO CLEAN
Cleaning leather shoes
Step 1 — Remove surface dirt: After each wear, brush shoes with a soft horsehair brush to lift dust and grit.
Step 2 — Wipe gently: Use a slightly damp cloth for light marks. For deeper cleaning, apply a pH-neutral leather cleaner — never soak the leather.
Step 3 — Dry naturally: Let shoes air-dry at room temperature. Never use direct heat or sunlight.
MAINTENANCE
Keep leather supple
Weekly: Wipe with a damp cloth, then apply a thin layer of quality leather conditioner. Buff with a soft cloth.
Monthly: Condition the leather and polish if desired. Pay attention to welts and edges where dirt collects.
After each wear: Insert cedar shoe trees to absorb moisture and maintain shape.
PROTECTION & POLISH
Shield, nourish, and shine
Conditioning: Apply a thin, even layer of cream conditioner. Let it absorb 10–15 minutes, then buff to a soft sheen.
Polishing: Match polish to your shoe colour. Buff with a horsehair brush for a natural lustre.
Water protection: A quality water-repellent spray helps guard against light rain. Reapply after conditioning.
STORAGE
Store them right
Always use cedar shoe trees after wear. Store in a cool, ventilated space — never in plastic bags or direct sunlight. Rotate pairs to let leather rest between wears.
